摘要：针对唐山市新型城镇化发展中存在的问题，结合唐山市城镇化发展的实际情况，在传统的城镇化指标上进行了进一步的改良，并增加了新指标，依据指标可获得性、科学性、代表性、可比性、系统性、人本性原则构建了包含三个维度的新型城镇化质量评价体系。利用改进熵值法对各项指标进行赋权，为唐山市新型城镇化建设提供了一定的参考。

Abstract： In view of the problems existing in the development of new urbanization in Tangshan City， combined with the actual situation of the development of urbanization in Tangshan City， according to the principles of index availability， scientificity， representativeness， comparability， systematization and human nature， a new urbanization quality evaluation system is proposed. The improved entropy method is used to give weight to each index， which provides a certain reference for the new urbanization construction of Tangshan.
