范文 | 胡国领等 摘要:以南水北调总干渠上85 m跨径的某钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为例,采用有限元软件Midas Civil建立该桥的空间有限元模型,根据移动荷载分析及动力特性计算结果,制定桥梁的荷载试验方案。通过全桥荷载试验与理论分析,对比检验了桥梁结构的设计与施工质量,评估了桥梁结构的承载能力,文中的荷载试验方法可为跨南水北调总干渠同类型桥梁评定提供借鉴参考。 关键词:钢管混凝土系杆拱桥;荷载试验;有限元;动力特性;承载能力 中图分类号:TV68;U441 文献标志码:A 文章编号: 16721683(2014)05005805 Load test analysis of tied truss arch bridge over main canal of SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project HU Guoling1,CHEN Yanyang2,CAO Jing2,HU Zhenwei1 (1.Henan Provincial Construction and Administration Bureau of SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Middle Route Project,Zhenzhou 450008,China; 2.Henan Provincial Communications Planning Survey & Design Institute CO.,LTD.Zhenzhou 450052,China) Abstract:The finite element software Midas Civil was used to develop a threedimensional model of a practical CFST tied arch bridge with a main span of 85 m over the main canal of the SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project.Based on the results of moving load analysis and dynamic characteristic property calculation,the load test plan of the bridge was proposed.According to the load test and theoretic analysis of the whole bridge,the design and construction quality of the bridge were tested,and the load bearing capacity of the bridge structure was evaluated.The load test method presented in this paper can provide the basis for the evaluation of the same type of bridges over the main canal of the SouthtoNorth Water Diversion Project. 系杆拱桥是由拱肋、系杆、吊杆和桥面系等组成的协同受力体系,结构受力特性明确。系杆的主要特征是承受拱脚的水平推力为自平衡体系,相比于传统拱桥不会对外部基础施加水平推力,对墩台与基础的要求降低,具有地基适应性好、跨越能力大等特点,在跨越河流、城市干线或高速公路的桥梁上广泛应用。由于结构受力复杂,必须通过全桥荷载试验对桥梁的质量和安全性进行评估。 [BT2][STHZ]1 桥梁概况 某跨越南水北调总干渠的下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥桥梁,5 结论 (1)桁架式系杆拱桥活载引起的弯矩转化为上下弦内力,理论计算时拱肋截面加载效率系数建议采用挠度控制。 (2)宽幅钢管混凝土系杆拱桥由于自重大,吊杆直径较粗,短吊杆抗弯刚度和边界条件对索力测量的影响不可忽略,建议采用短吊杆索力计算公式进行计算。
