[摘要] 目的观察左甲状腺素钠片对妊娠伴甲状腺功能减退（甲减）患者血脂与甲状腺功能水平的影响。方法便利选择2016年11月—2018年10月该院治疗的100例妊娠伴甲减患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，均50例。对照组接受常规治疗，观察组则加用左甲状腺素钠治疗。观察两组治疗前后血脂指标[三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）]与甲状腺功能指标[促甲状腺激素（TSH）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）]。结果治疗前两组TG、TC、FT4、FT3、TSH水平对比，差异无统计学意义（t=0.319、0.186、0.374、0.605、0.238，P=0.750、0.853、0.709、0.547、0.812）;治疗后观察组FT4（18.44±2.67）pmol/L、FT3（5.76±0.80）pmol/L较对照组（10.86±1.59）pmol/L、（3.37±0.49）pmol/L高，TG（2.10±0.22）mmol/L、TC（4.23±0.57）mmol/L、TSH（2.01±0.29）mU/L较对照组（2.85±0.35）mmol/L、（5.31±0.64）mmol/L、（2.43±0.46）mU/L低，两组对比，差异有统计学意义（t=17.248、18.014、12.829、8.911、5.462，P=0.000）。结论妊娠伴甲减患者接受左甲状腺素钠片治疗有助于调节血脂水平，改善甲状腺功能。

Effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets on Blood Lipids and Thyroid Function in Pregnant Patients with Hypothyroidism

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effects of levothyroxine sodium tablets on blood lipids and thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism （hypothyroidism）. Methods Convenient select 100 patients with pregnancy-related hypothyroidism who were treated in the hospital from November 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups， 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment and the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium. Observed the blood lipid indexes [triacylglycerol （TG）， total cholesterol （TC）] and thyroid function indicators [thyroid stimulating hormone （TSH）， free thyroxine （FT4）， free triiodothyronine （FT3）] before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of TG， TC， FT4， FT3 and TSH between the two groups before treatment （t=0.319， 0.186， 0.374， 0.605， 0.238， P=0.750， 0.853， 0.709， 0.547， 0.812）. The observation group FT4（18.44±2.67） pmol/L， FT3 （5.76±0.80） pmol/L was higher than the control group （10.86±1.59） pmol/L，（3.37±0.49） pmol/L， TG （2.10±0.22）mmol/L， TC （4.23±0.57） mmol/L， TSH （2.01 ± 0.29） mU / L compared with the control group （2.85±0.35）mmol/L，（5.31 ± 0.64）mmol/L，（2.43±0.46） mU/L， lower， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t=17.248， 18.014， 12.829， 8.911， 5.462， P=0.000）. Conclusion Patients with pregnancy with hypothyroidism receiving levothyroxine sodium tablets can help regulate blood lipid levels and improve thyroid function.
