| 范文 | 刘丽 中图分类号：G4 ?文献标识码：A ?文章编号：（2021）-001-353 随着10月31日西方传统节日——万圣节的来临，我精心打造了一堂文化知识课参加同课异构的展示。我选择的是北师大版教材必修一英语课本上Unit 3 Festivals——Culture Corner部分的Happy Halloween。我本堂课的设计思路是本着让学生简要了解这一西方传统节日，使学生感受节日的气氛， 知道节日的意义、起源、习俗以及其他国家里与之类似的节日。课堂中营造了浓厚的文化氛围，学生在浸润式的学习环境中接受语言的熏陶。本堂课课堂气氛活跃，老师希望学生可以体会到节日带来的快乐。接下来我将具体阐述一下课堂活动的安排及设计理念。 本课由一首“恐怖”的万圣节歌曲引入，带学生进入到该节日的氛围中来。然后通过头脑风暴活动Brainstorming激活学生的相关词汇积累，以旧带新，通过形象的图片展示学习更多的核心词汇（bat， ghost， haunted house， spider， vampire， werewolf， coffin， zombie， witch， skull&crossbones， mummy， pirate， skeleton， goblin， tomb/grave， monster， owl， black cat， the moon），而且还通过一个短视频让学生跟随欢快的儿童歌曲即时复习部分词汇。然后告知学生通过本堂课的学习我们将共同了解： 1.万圣节是什么？ 2.万圣节的习俗 3.万圣节的起源 4.其他國家不同形式的“万圣节”。 ● Introduction Halloween is a yearly celebration observed on October 31 with typical activities like trick-or-treat， costume parties，carving pumpkin lamps known as Jack-o-lantern ， bonfires and so on. ● There are many interesting customs of Halloween. 1. You go to houses and say “Trick or treat”. You will get ? ?. A. candies B. costumes C. Jack-o-lanterns 2.You are having dinner at your friends home. You probably will not have ? ?. Read the given reading material to know more interesting details. ● Halloween in other countries： Japan， Mexico， China Nowadays Halloween is observed in many countries around the world in quite the same way. But there are also many traditional festivals similar to it in other cultures， which are also held to honor the dead. For the Japanese festival Obon， people should go to clean graves and light incense in memory of their ancestors. They also light lamps and play music because they think this will lead the ancestors back to earth. In Mexico， people celebrate the Day of the Dead in early November. On this important feast day， people eat food in the shape of skulls and cakes with “bones” on them. They offer food， flowers and gifts to the dead. China has the Tomb-Sweeping Day or Qingming Festival . Its name suggests a time for people to go outside and enjoy the greenery of springtime and pay a visit to the graves of departed ones. ● Further thinking： Why are these festivals celebrated？ In a word， festivals can help us look back on the past， enjoy the present and look forward to a better future. 通过层层深入的内容安排，学生对万圣节的了解会更深刻。 ● Letter writing——作业环节给学生布置了英语书信：假如你是你校英语俱乐部的负责人李华，万圣节即将来临，为了让同学们感受这一西方传统节日的气氛，你们俱乐部准备筹备一场万圣节派对， 你们已为活动做了初步的准备，但为了使派对更加精彩，你们想邀请你校外教Tompson先生给你们提出宝贵建议，请你给Tompson先生写一封信，请他给出派对上面游戏环节的建议， 并请他届时参加派对。 在接下来的课上，老师让学生分享了自己的作品。下面来分享一下学生的优秀习作： Version 1 Mr. Tompson， Im Li Hua， director of the English Club. As Halloween is around the corner， our club is preparing to throw a big party. Im writing to get some professional suggestions in order to make it more fantastic and give everyone present an unforgettable memory.
