探讨综合护理干预措施对于小儿过敏性紫癜的应用效果

[摘要] 目的研究在小儿过敏性紫癜护理中实施综合护理干预措施的效果。方法方便选择2017年2月—2019年2月该院收治的85例小儿过敏性紫癜为对象进行研究，随机抽签将患儿分为观察组45例、对照组40例，对照组仅实施常规护理干预，观察组实施综合护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理后消化道症状改善时间、关节疼痛消除时间、皮疹消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组出院后3个月、出院后6个月过敏性紫癜复发率为4.44%、11.11%，均低于对照组20.00%、30.00%（χ2=4.936、4.722，P<0.05）;观察组患儿家长对护理实施的满意度为91.11%，高于对照组家长护理满意度75.00%（χ2=3.995，P<0.05）。结论对小儿过敏性紫癜实施综合护理干预能够加快患儿临床症状改善，同时有助于降低患儿复发率，有良好应用价值。

Exploring the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Interventions on Allergic Purpura in Children

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of implementing comprehensive nursing interventions in children with allergic purpura. Methods Convenient select Eighty-five children with allergic purpura were enrolled in the study from February 2017 to February 2019 in the hospital. The children were randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （40 cases）. The control group only received routine nursing intervention. The observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention and compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results The improvement time of gastrointestinal symptoms， the time of joint pain elimination， the time of rash regression and the length of hospital stay were shorter in the observation group than in the control group（P<0.05）. The observation group relapsed allergic purpura rate was 4.44% and 11.11% of 3 months after discharge and 6 months after discharge， which were lower than 20.00% and 30.00% of the control group （χ2=4.936， 4.722， P<0.05）. The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was 91.11%， which was higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction of nursing was 75.00%（χ2=3.995， P<0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for children with allergic purpura can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms of children， and at the same time help to reduce the recurrence rate of children， and has good application value.

過敏性紫癜属于一类免疫系统疾病，临床发生率较高，属于过敏性血管炎的一种，不仅会对皮肤形成侵犯，同时也会侵犯其他器官毛细血管、细小动脉，所以临床也将过敏性紫癜称为出血性毛细血管中毒症[1-2]。小儿是过敏性紫癜的高发人群，患儿的临床症状主要包括肾功能受损、关节痛、腹痛，由于微血管变态反应的影响，患儿臀部皮肤、上肢皮肤、下肢皮肤都会有明显的紫癜表现[3-4]。抗过敏是临床针对过敏性紫癜的重要治疗原则[5]，为了减少治疗后的复发，临床强调做好过敏性紫癜的护理干预工作。该研究具体分析综合护理干预措施用于小儿过敏性紫癜护理中的价值，以该院2017年2月—2019年2月收治的85例患儿为对象，现报道如下。

综上所述，对小儿过敏性紫癜实施综合护理干预有助于加快症状改善，减少出院后复发，获得家长更高的满意度，构建和谐护患关系，有良好应用价值。
