| 范文 | 宋伟 本文将一次基础写作训练中发现的中式英语句子进行分类，剖析中式英语的具体表现，以期考生在自己的写作中注意避免中式英语，写出地道句子。 作文训练题目如下： 假设你是李华，正在国外求学，租了一套公寓，想寻找一个合租人。 [写作内容] 请根据以下信息写一封邮件给租房中介，内容包括： 地 点：玫瑰街1号 房租总额：￥380/月 公寓情况：80平方米;两房一厅，一厨一卫;免费无线上网（wifi）;临近两大超市及公共图书馆;交通便利，步行5分钟至地铁站 合 ?租 ?人：有责任心，不抽烟 联系电话：有意者请于下午6点后致电5558-5916 [写作要求] 只能使用5个句子表达全部内容。 [评分标准] 句子结构准确，信息内容完整，篇章结构连贯。 中式英语在学生习作中的表现 以下句子均来自学生习作，为了便于分类，有些句子省去了修饰成分。 一、语序不当 由于思维习惯的不同，英、汉语言在表达相同的事物时，往往采用不同的语序。如：中文在表达地点时往往采用由大到小的顺序，英文则采用由小到大的顺序，于是许多学生在表达“地点：玫瑰街1号（The apartment is located at No.1， Rose Street.）”这一信息点时出现了如下错误： 1. The apartment is located at Rose Street No.1. 2. The apartment is at the Rose Street 1st. 二、词性误用 英语中许多介词的中文意思听起来很像汉语中的动词，因此，有的学生常将介词误作动词来使用。如： 1. The apartment at No. 1，Rose Street.（将介词at误用作动词） 2. The apartment near two big supermarkets.（将介词near当动词用） 正确的表达是：分别在介词at 和near前面加上动词is。 3. The apartment with an area of 80 m2.（介词with当动词用，应将其改为covers） 4. Here is convenient and only takes 5 minutes walk to the subway station. （here是副词，不能作主语，here前加Living，only前加it） 另外，中文的主语比较灵活，但英语中的主语必须是名词、代词、动名词、动词不定式、从句等。因此，学生往往会滥用主语，如： 1. Most important is only cost you 50 minutes to subway station on foot.（形容词most important误用作主语， 应改成Whats more， it only takes you 50 minutes to go to the subway on foot. ） 2. Walk five minutes can go to the station. （It takes five minutes walk to go to the station.） 三、搭配不当 1. Renting my apartment only pays for ￥380 a month.（pay的主语一般是人，不能将renting这个动名词用作其主语） 2. My apartment is convenient to walk to the subway station only by 5 minutes.（convenient的搭配一般是：it is convenient to do sth.） 3. We need to cost ￥380 per month.（cost的主语一般是物） 4. My apartment with free wifi to surf the Internet rents ￥380 each month.（rent当及物动词用时其主语应是“人”） 5. An apartment with 80㎡ is renting out.（宜改为An apartment with 80㎡ will be rented out.） 四、逐字翻译 1. The apartment costs 380 dollars per month.（试题要求表达的是房租总额每月380美元，但该句传递的信息是：公寓每月花费380美元） 2. I want to find a student who has a responsible heart and has not a smoking habit to share my apartment.（“责任心”正确表达方式应是sense of responsibility） 中式英语在我们的习作中普遍存在，其句子层面的表现形式远远不止笔者所列举的这几类。仅凭一次作文训练也远远不能将中式英语现象讲清楚，但笔者在此仅希望抛砖引玉，期待更多同行和同学关注这一现象，减少中式英语。 （作者单位：东莞市第一中学） 责任编校 蒋小青 |
