范文 | 佟春玲 【教材分析】 新目标英语七年级上册第七单元主要围绕“购物”这一主题展开。本部分在Section A 的基础上继续对购物这一话题进行更深入的讨论学习。本节课是一个阅读学习板块,语篇的内容是一则服装店的促销广告,丰富了本单元目标语言的使用语境。这是一个与我们的生活息息相关的话题,主要是学习一些关于购物的相关词汇,以及能够运用“Sth. is /are +价钱”和 “We have sth. for+价钱”等句式会写简单的、个性化的促销广告。这是一节阅读课,主要培养学生的阅读能力。 【教学目标】 (1)知识与技能: A.掌握重点单词及短语:clothes,store,buy,all, sale, sell,price, a pair of 等及介词at, in, for 的使用。 B. 能正确使用重点句型:能使用像重点句式We have green sweaters for only $15. Yellow sweaters are only $12.等句式来表达衣服价格。 C.能将本节课所学的知识应用于生活中。 (2)过程与方法: 通过读前的自主探究单词,读中的任务导读,小组合作深入理解短文,读后的自编促销广告等课堂活动来培养学生的交流、合作能力。由广告题材的阅读学习,在掌握广告的结构和目标语言的基础上,写作输出,培养了学生的阅读能力,学生的写作能力也会有一定的提高。 (3)情感态度与价值观: 通过师生在读前、读中、读后的交流及活动,培养学生合理消费的意识。在合作学习的过程中让学生体验到团结合作、礼貌待人的重要性。 【教学重点、难点】 教学重点:本节课的重点词汇及会用简单的、典型的广告语言对衣物进行宣传和介绍。 教学难点:广告文体的阅读和写作。 【教学方法】 情景教学法。 【教学流程】 Step1 Leading-in T: Good morning, boys and girls! Lets look at the picture on the blackboard. What can you see in the picture? S1: Sweaters. S2: Shoes. S3: Jackets. …… T: Yes. Some clothes. Do you want to buy some clothes? Mr. Cools Clothes Store is on sale. Lets go to Mr. Cools Clothes Store. (设计意图:通过图片的形式激发学生的学习兴趣,并用简单的师生问答句式直接导入主题——Mr. Cools Clothes Store,简单、明了。) Step2 Reading 1. Before reading (1)New words reading. T: Open your books and turn to page...Read these new words (from Mr. to a pair of)by themselves. (Ss: Read the new words.) T: Read them in groups and try to remember the meaning of them. ( Ss: Do it.) T: Read the words group by group. (Ss: Follow the teacher.) T: Which group is the best one? Ss: Group 4. T: Yes, I agree with you. But I think all of you did a good job. (2)New words challenging. (大屏幕出示单词意思和单词填空题,学生抢答。) T: You did a good job. Now listen to the advertisement on page 41 and try to correct your pronunciation. (Ss: Listen.) (设计意图:初步感知短文,利用自主学习、师徒互助、组内探讨、单词挑战等方式完成词汇的学习,学生乐于参与其中。) 2.While reading (1)Fast reading. T: Read the passage as fast as you can and fill in the price tags. ( Ss: Follow the teacher.) T: I will choose one student from each group to check the answers for us. I will draw straws now.(准备了8个带有数字的小球,然后随机抽取一个小球,每个组中对应号码的同学回答一个价签。) (设计意图:通过快速阅读,让学生关注价格的同时也复习巩固了衣物的词汇,学会运用目标语言We have ... for only +钱;... is /are +钱。抽签的方式检测答案,意在激发学生的学习兴趣,快乐学习。) (2) Read in detail. Read the passage carefully and answer the questions below. ①What can we buy at Mr. Cools Clothes Store? ②How much are the yellow sweaters there? ③For boys, what color trousers do they sell? How much are they? ④If you want to buy six pairs of socks, how much do you have to pay? Check the answers. (设计意图:通过带着几个问题阅读短文,学生能从整体上感知文章,从而更细致、更全面地理解所学广告 。) (3) Read the passage for structures. T: Read the passage in groups in a promotional tone, then we will choose two groups to show us. (Pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation. Whats more, you should read “only” loudly to emphasize.) ( Ss: Follow the teacher.) (设计意图:用广告体的语言朗读该篇短文,再加夸张的语气提炼出广告用语Come and buy your clothes at our great sale! We sell all our clothes at very good prices.和Come to xxx Clothes Store now!和关键词only,一方面强调了结构的重要,加深对短文的理解,体会了促销广告的特点,同时也为后面的写作做了很好的铺垫。) (4)Read the passage for preposition. 大屏幕出示带留白的Mr. Cools Clothes Store 广告原文。 T: Read the passage on the screen together and fill in the blanks with “at/in/for”. ( Ss: Follow the teacher.) (设计意图:让学生再次读文章并体会介词在广告中的应用。通过介词填空,更加注重在细节方面对短文的剖析与理解。) 3. After reading (1) Read 2c. T: Imagine you work at Mr. Cools Clothes Store. Complete the conversation and practice it in a group. (Ss: Do it.) (设计意图:通过阅读对话,让学生体会目标语言在生活中的运用,更加深了对短文的理解。) (2)Check the answers. T: Read the dialogue with your partner in groups. (Ss: Read it.) T: Which two groups can read the dialogue? Group5 Group6: We can. (设计意图:通过组内朗读对话,组间朗读比拼,核对答案的同时也让学生体会到在真实语境中运用所学的快感。) Step3 Consolidation 1.Read the passage again. Experience the words of the advertisement. 2.Write a composition. (1)Write a composition for a clothes store with the structureswe have learnt. For example: Come and buy your clothes at our great sale! We sell all our clothes at very good prices. ...Come to xxx Clothes Store now! (2)Ask group 1 to show their compositions and other students evaluate and supplement them. (用实物展台展示学生写好的作文,其他学生看时注意从书写、广告语和目标语言的运用等方面进行评价。) (设计意图:在一定的时间内让学生的写作能力得到训练并给其一定的展示机会,既巩固了所学又达到了学以致用的目的。) Step4 Summary 组内总结,组间补充,教师对阅读方法进行总结及如何升华为写作补充。 Step5 Homework Write a poster for a clothes store in your hometown with the structures we have learnt. Next class we will show the passages that you write. (可以参考42页3a.) (设计意图:再次运用本节课的重点知识,采用制作海报的形式让学生学以致用。) 【板书设计】 Unit7 How much are these socks? Yellow sweaters are only $12. …… ...Come to xxx Clothes Store now! 【教学反思】 在本节课的教学设计中我通过自主学习、师生结伴、组内探究、组间交流、班内展示等过程,采用组间对抗交流,联系生活实际,鼓励学生使用目标语言,让学生掌握了重点词汇,掌握了核心句式结构。以任务导读的方式诠释了促销广告的结构和特点,结合家乡实际利用所学制作海报,在任务中体现学生的主体地位,学生的潜能得以最大限度的发挥,能力得到培养,充分体现了学以致用,提高了学生的阅读和写作能力。 学生通过写促销广告,充分理解并能适当地运用本节课的广告体语言。这堂课的容量有些大,在写作的升华部分练习得不够到位,时间较紧张,如果教师所给范例明确只描述一种或两种物品的促销就会好很多,学生就会写得更充分、更完整。 |
