A企业财务流程再造的设计方案研究

【摘? 要】近年来，在我国各项利好政策推动下，在稳固国内现有市场的前提下，我国食品加工行业的发展已经向全球大步迈进。现以A企业为研究对象，综合分析财务流程现状及存在问题，以业财一体化、提升财务工作效率为目标，设计其销售流程、采购流程和生产加工流程的再造方案，给出相应的保障建议。

【Abstract】In the past decade， under the promotion of various favorable policies in China and on the premise of stabilizing the existing domestic market， the development of China's food processing industry has been striding forward to the world. This paper takes A enterprise as the research object， comprehensively analyzes the current situation and existing problems of its financial process， designs the reengineering scheme of its sales process， procurement process and production and processing process with the goal of integrating industry and finance and improving financial work efficiency， and puts forward corresponding security suggestions.
