范文 | 江乐文 丁伟佳 江敏君 【摘要】 目的:观察低能量强脉冲光(IPL)对C57BL/6小鼠毛发生长及生长周期的影响。方法:制作小鼠休止期脱毛模型,将35只小鼠随机分为阳性对照组、空白对照组、IPL高能量组、IPL中能量组、IPL低能量组,对IPL高能量组、IPL中能量组、IPL低能量组脱毛区进行IPL照射,比较各组小鼠毛发生长情况。实验14、21 d,取各组鼠背脱毛区皮肤行HE染色及毛囊计数,观察IPL照射对毛囊生长的影响。结果:IPL低能量组毛发长度显著长于其他组,每倍视野毛囊数为(68.9±5.4)个,明显多于其他组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低能量IPL照射可能是促进毛发生长的一种有效治疗手段。 【关键词】 强脉冲光 休止期 毛发生长 生长周期 毛囊 doi:10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2020.18.005 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805(2020)18-00-03 Effects of Low Energy Intense Pulse Light on Hair Growth in C57BL/6 Mice/JIANG Lewen, DING Weijia, JIANG Minjun. //Chinese and Foreign Medical Research, 2020, 18(18): -12 [Abstract] Objective: To observe the effects of low energy intense pulse light (IPL) on hair growth and growth cycle in C57BL/6 mice. Method: The depilation model of telogen was made, thirty-five mice were randomly divided into the positive control group, the blank control group, the IPL high energy group, the IPL medium energy group and the IPL low energy group. IPL irradiation was performed on the depilation area of the IPL high energy group, the IPL medium energy group and IPL low energy group. Hair growth of mice in each group was compared. On day 14 and 21, HE staining and hair follicles counting were performed on the depilated area of each group, and the effect of IPL irradiation on hair follicles growth was observed. Result: The length of the hair in IPL low energy group was significantly longer than those of the other groups, and the number of follicles per visual field was (68.9±5.4), which was significantly more than those of the other groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Low intensity IPL irradiation may be an effective treatment for hair growth. [Key words] Intense pulse light Telogen Hair growth Growth cycle Hair follicles First-authors address: Shenzhen Longgang Centra Hospital, Shenzhen 518116, China 光電治疗在皮肤美容中的应用越来越广泛。强脉冲光(intense pulse light,IPL)已被广泛用于脱毛治疗中,主要原理为选择性光热效应作用于富含黑色素颗粒细胞的毛囊、毛干,导致毛囊组织破坏,从而达到脱毛效果。反常多毛现象(paradoxical hypertrichosis)是强脉冲光治疗后的副作用,于2002年首先被发现并被证实[1]。反常多毛现象表现为在脱毛区域或邻近区域出现毛发的反常增多增粗,因此存在潜在治疗脱发的可能。本课题将在C57BL/6小鼠动物实验中验证低能量强脉冲光对毛发生长的影响,可能有助于开发一种操作便捷、费用低廉的脱发治疗新手段。 1 材料与方法 1.1 一般材料 1.1.1 实验动物 SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠,周龄6~7周,体重15~20 g,购自南方医科大学实验动物中心。 1.1.2 实验试剂 5%米诺地尔酊(厦门美商医药有限公司,国药准字H20103166);硫化钠、石蜡、甲醛、酒精、二甲苯、伊红染液、苏木精染液,均市购。 1.1.3 实验仪器 强脉冲光治疗仪(SOLARI路创丽,韩国)、CMl900切片机、显微镜等。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 动物实验 将小鼠放于温度为25 ℃,湿度为54%的环境中适应性喂养2周后,采用电动剃毛器剃除各组小鼠背部毛发,面积约2 cm×3 cm,再用8%硫化钠脱毛湿布擦拭,保证毛发脱干净及皮肤无损伤。采用抽签法将35只小鼠随机分为5组,分别为IPL高能量组、IPL中能量组、IPL低能量组、空白对照组和阳性对照组,每组7只,分笼饲养。脱毛次日开始进行实验干预,各组干预方法:IPL低能量组参数:波长560~ [1] Moreno-Arias G,Castelo-Branco C,Ferrando J.Paradoxical effect after IPL photoepilation[J].Dermatologic Surgery,2002,28(11):1013-1016.
